50 T2B For Time

*Every time you break, add 4 T2B. (Yes, that's EVERY time you break until you have completed ALL reps)

3 x ME Leg Lifts on Stall Bars

*Set doesn't end until you cannot lift your legs above horizontal. Rest as needed, between sets.

THE WHY

Lots of sprint work today. Trying to get some volume in up near that anaerobic threshold. That means once you start moving, do not stop, just go go go go. I suggest doing these with a friend or two to help push you and challenge you through the work.

T2B Scaling - If you know the 50 reps will have to be broken up into more than 4 sets. Scale back to 35 T2B, and add 2 reps for every break.
