Scaling Options
The strict T2B can be modified by doing straight leg lifts as high as possible (trying to touch the bar), or strict knees to elbows or knees to chest can be used.
The L-hold should ideally be held with straight legs at least 6 inches off the ground. If scaling is necessary, you can remove the height requirement or bend your knees. Feet MUST stay in front of your hands.
