Perform 7 rounds total at 1 round every 2:00.
- 4 strict Muscle Ups
- 7 strict HSPU
- 12 KB Snatch 70/53
***Goal for the workout is that the first round and the last round should be identical.
Pick a pace that you can maintain. 2:00 is a suggestion, but it will get hard.
Scaling Options -
- Perform kipping movements instead of strict.
- 4 strict pull ups + 4 strict ring dips can be subbed for muscle ups
- Box HSPU can be subbed for Strict HSPU
