T2B PACING
Pick your number of reps, then hit that number every 30s for as many intervals as possible.
Rx+ - minimum 7 reps
Rx - minimum 5 reps
Sc - minimum 3 reps
Time Cap: 7 min
Post Scores - Total # of reps completed
Goal - get as close to failure as possible. Not allowed to change the number of reps after you start, so pick the biggest number of reps you can maintain for all 14 rounds, but only barely
