I think we've done enough pushups and pull-ups for a couple days, we're going to work on some rotational core work. 

5 rounds NFT

  • 10 Turkish Sit-ups (each side)
  • 10 Lateral Wall Ball Tosses 14/10 (each side)
  • 20 total KB Plank Drag Throughs

Pick your for Turkish Sit-ups & KB Plank Drag Throughs. Should be able to complete unbroken.

Turkish Sit-ups - Begin laying on your back, holding a KB or DB overhead. Sit-up while pushing the weight towards the ceiling. (We've done this before, but I'm changing the name because this mimics part of a Turkish Get Up.)

Lateral Wall Ball Tosses - Stand parallel to the wall, about 5-10 feet away. Twist and throw the wall ball against the wall as hard as possible. This is meant to be done with a lighter wall ball to emphasize speed and power. 

KB Plank Drag Throughs - Start in a pushup position with a KB on your right side, next to your ribs. Reach your left arm through to grab the KB and drag it under your body to your left side. Repeat with your right arm.
