15 Dead Stop Box Pistols (each leg) NFT
- Stand next to a box that comes just above your knee. Support yourself in the bottom position of a pistol on the box and hold for 2 seconds before standing up.
- Scale by using a lower box and pausing in a half or quarter squat.
Skill Training
Accumulate 100 Pistols -or- 100 Lateral Step Ups by EMOM
- Recommendation:
- EMOM x 10 or 10 reps
- Your focus is on PACE. Pick a number of reps that you can do without slowing down. Better off doing 10 as fast as possible then resting :50 seconds.
