50 total Seated Leg Lifts Over Dumbbell

  • Sit on the floor in a straddle, and place two dumbbells just inside your feet. Lift legs over the dumbbell to the inside, then back out for one rep.

Skill Training

Accumulate 100 T2B, every 30 sec do 2 strict leg lifts (hanging)

  • Recommendation:
    • EMOM x 10 of 10 T2B
