The focus for gymnastics this week is to work on pacing large sets of gymnastics skills. Each day, you will be given an exercise and a target number of reps to complete. Your job is to pick the number of reps you will be able to maintain EMOM style. 

For example.... You have to do 100 pushups total, and you decide to do sets of 10, you will do a 10 min EMOM of 10 pushups. If you decide to do sets of 20, you will do a 5 min EMOM of 20 pushups.

Here's the catch... all sets must be unbroken, so pick a pace that will challenge you to finish the total work as fast as possible, but so you will leave yourself enough time to recover within that minute to hit that set every time. IF YOU DON'T HIT YOUR NUMBER OF REPS UNBROKEN, THE SET DOES NOT COUNT.

  • Scaled - 50 total Pull Ups
  • Rx - 80 total Pull Ups OR 60 total C2B
  • Rx+ - 120 total Pull Ups OR 90 total C2B

Recommendation - 10 min EMOM.
