Here's where the fun really begins. We've been working on reducing the amount of time needed to repeatedly hit your Gymnastic Split. Now I'm increasing the VOLUME and SPEED. This week, you need to hit your Gymnastic Split for PU/C2B three times in a row before you get to rest. You must finish the reps within a 2:00 min time period, but if you finish faster than that, you get additional rest. The minimum amount of rest is 1:00.

As a reminder, this is the number of reps that you can repeat as an EMOM for 10 minutes.
For example, my Gymnastic Split for C2B is 8 reps. So each round, I need to do 24 total C2B in under 2 minutes.
