1. 3x15 each leg, Seated Leg Lift over dumbbell

2. 15 Deck Pistols (roll on to your back, then stand up on one foot)

Skill Practice

Practice Tempo Pistols with Front Leg Supported

  • Prop your front foot up on two 45s.
  • Slowly lower to the bottom position, then slowly return to the top
  • Rx+ - try to lift your front leg off of the plates when you're at the bottom
