1. Begin in support position. Hold 3 seconds.

2. Slowly descend to bottom dip position. Should take at least 3 seconds.

3. Hold bottom dip position for 3 seconds.

Place a box slightly behind the rings and place pointed toes on top of the box. This will take some of the weight off of the rings.

1. Begin in support position.

2. Slowly descend to bottom dip position.

3. Hold bottom dip position for 3 seconds.

4. Push back to support position. Hold support for at least 1 second.

5. Reps do not have to be completed consecutively. Quality over quantity!
