This will be our baseline testing for the 4-week Toes to Bar programming, and will be retested at the end. it will also determine which level of programming you will be following. 

Video your attempts to have a before and after. comparison.

 

Important Notes

  • If you cannot do strict TTB, your score will be the number of times you can lift your straight legs so your feet are at or above your belly button.
  • If you cannot touch your toes to the bar on kipping TTB, do knees to chest and lift your feet as high as possible towards the bar.
