12 HSPU Negatives

Begin in a tight hollow handstand position with belly facing the wall. Squeeze your bottom, then slowly lower your head to the floor. Your body should track forward so you create a triangle with your hands and top of your head. End in a headstand with toes touching the wall.

 

Padding should not be necessary because you should stay in control all the way to the headstand. If you would like to use an abmat for comfort, use plates to make it a flat level. Don't forget the triangle!

 

Rx+ 12 Wall Facing HSPU

 

Begin the same way as the negative, but after pausing in a headstand, push back to a handstand. Be sure to maintain hollow body position.

 

Scaled 12 Half HSPU Negatives

 

Same as a HSPU Negative, but with feet supported on a box.
