HSPU 1.3 - REFRESHER DAY!!!
Today, we’re going to work on T2B and C2B! You will definitely see these in the open so it’s important to practice. Focus for today is on TECHNIQUE! Unless you’re Rx+, then it is equally TECHNIQUE and GOOD reps that meet ALL STANDARDS.
IMPORTANT NOTE - The kip for T2B and C2B is similar, but not the same. Pay attention to the differences. ALSO, be sure to use your arms on the T2B. Think of a T2B as EQUALLY being a toes to bar as it is a bar to toes.

*I want you working on the butterfly kip! These can be mini butterflies, pull ups, or C2B, but it MUST be 5 consecutive butterfly things.
