HSPU 4.3 - REFRESHER DAY!!!

 

The open begins next week! So we’re going to back to the basics for a review of good kips for pull ups. Focus should be on quality - show tight hollow and tight arch, and be sure to control the bar with your arms. There should be a good rhythm to your kips.
