HSPU 4.2

 

HSPU endurance is always the first thing to go in a WOD, so we’re doing more endurance work. And the Banded Strict Presses are back! This time be sure to pick a resistance where you can get all 25 reps without breaking for all sets.

 

HS Weight Shifts - in a HS against the wall. Shift your weight from side to side enough so that you can pick up one hand off the floor.

 

Thomas Touches - in a HS, shift your weight from side to side and lift your hand up to touch your shoulder on the same side (right hand to right shoulder).

 

*Try with both belly and back against the wall. In both cases, ONLY your feet should be touching the wall. You can also try them free standing for a true test of balance.
