Scaling Options - The purpose of the Stone Hold is to load your core for long periods of time. If you are unable to hold the 100lb stone for at least 1min, you can hold the yoke in back rack or find a lighter sandbag that can be bear hugged or held on the shoulders. This is supposed to get difficult, so don't over modify the weight.
The L-sit should be performed on the parallets with feet 6" off the ground. If you are unable to do that, you can hold a tuck position on the parallets, but keep your feet in front of your hands. You may also do the L-sit on the blocks and hold straight legs off the ground. The higher blocks will let your feet drop lower, but be sure to keep them as high as possible for as long as possible.
