*This can be performed as a continuous 20min section.

- 5 tuck jumps + 15 Precision Jumps (on to a 25lb plate)

- 12 Forward Rebounds 12"/20"
- Don't worry about standing up all of the way on top of the box. The focus is on the rebounding up and down off the box.
EMOM x 5
- 12 Ski Jumps 20"/24"
1 every :15s for 5 min
- Reverse Burpee Box Jump 24"/30"
