Jumping and Rebounding

*This can be performed as a continuous 20min section.

EMOM x 5

  • 5 tuck jumps + 15 Precision Jumps (on to a 25lb plate)

EMOM x 5

  • 12 Forward Rebounds 12"/20"
    • Don't worry about standing up all of the way on top of the box. The focus is on the rebounding up and down off the box.

EMOM x 5

  • 12 Ski Jumps 20"/24"

1 every :15s for 5 min

  • Reverse Burpee Box Jump 24"/30"
