Skill Practice
- Find Max Height Plyo Pushup (Pushup with hop)
- Start with one 45 on either side of your hands. Do a pushup, then hop up unto the plates. Add one plate (any size) after each rep until you've found your max height.
- Do to 10-20 reps at that height
Skill Training
EMOM x 10
- 10s ME Pushups
- 50s Arms Only Bike Recovery (30-40 RPM)
Try to get the same number of pushups each round.
