Skill Practice 

  1. Find Max Height Plyo Pushup (Pushup with hop)
    • Start with one 45 on either side of your hands. Do a pushup, then hop up unto the plates. Add one plate (any size) after each rep until you've found your max height.
  2. Do to 10-20 reps at that height

Skill Training

EMOM x 10

  • 10s ME Pushups
  • 50s Arms Only Bike Recovery (30-40 RPM)

Try to get the same number of pushups each round.
