Here's a fun challenge I got from a 7-year old Instagram!

Pistol Challenge

Max Unbroken Reps (Right & Left)

  • You get 3 attempts on each foot. Score is the total number of reps.

This will challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance. Unsupported foot CANNOT touch the ground at all, or else that attempt is over.

If at the end of the challenge, you have not done at least 50 pistols on each leg, continue with alternating pistols until you've done 50 each.

Bonus Round

This will provide some interesting insight into differences between our right and left side. Ideally, they should be equal. If they aren't, more unilateral work may be required. Let me know if you need any extra work!
