THE WORK

- 10 Bench V-Ups
- 10 Seated SLRs (over dumbbells)
THE FOCUS
The WOD today has a lot of Toes to Bar, so I want to reinforce that movement with some extra accessory work. I recommend performing this AFTER the WOD.
THE NOTES
Bench V-Ups
Sit sideways on a bench, with your butt on the edge. Start position is with straight legs, feet off the ground but below the bench, and leaning backwards. Lift your legs up as high as possible into a V shape. There are meant to be a slower, controlled exercise that works through the full T2B range of motion.
Seated SLRs
AKA Seated Straight Leg Raises. Sit on the floor in a straddle. Place two dumbbells on the inside of your ankles - weight doesn't matter because they are just there as an obstacle. Hands in between your legs. Lift your straight legs up and over the dumbbell, then back to the start position for one rep.
