THE NOTES
A pullover combines a pull up, a toes to bar, a back extension, and a dip. First, pull your chin to the bar. Second, lift your legs up and gradually lean back. Try to put your stomach on the bar. Third, lift your chest up and finish in support.
You can start on a low bar first, with the bar about chest height. Kicking off the ground can be a good way to start.
