The primary goal of HYPE Gymnastics programming is to develop the strength, flexibility, and body control of all Crossfit athletes, regardless of initial ability.
The program prioritizes strict body weight movements to build strength and stability.
Focused Drills
With focused drills that breakdown skills ranging from push-ups to back uprise on rings, HYPE Gymnastics' programming will develop the body awareness and strength that will make learning new skills a simpler task. With improved body awareness, you will not only be able to learn butterfly pull-ups, you will also develop the ability to correct the rhythm and technique in the middle of a set without coming off the bar.
Body Awareness
Body awareness is a skill that gymnasts learn at a very young age, and it benefits them through all areas of life. It is highly common for ex-gymnasts to learn new movement patterns faster than the average athlete because of their understanding of how their body moves. Luckily, you do NOT have to be a young gymnast to learn this skill! Anyone of any age and skill set can learn and improve their body awareness. That's where HYPE Gymnastics can help!
