321 Tempo Drill

 

This drill designed to emphasize the rhythmic kipping motion needed for consecutive toes to bar, while also improving grip strength. Each round most be done unbroken and with a smooth rhythm.

5 rounds

- 3 kips + 2 K2C + 3 kips

 

Rx

 

5 rounds

- 3 kips + 2 K2C + 1 TTB + 2 K2C + 3 kips

 

Rx+

 

Death by 321

- 1 kip + 1 TTB + 1 kip

- 2 kip + 2 TTB + 2 kip

- 3 kip + 3 TTB + 3 kip

- etc

- 30s rest between rounds
