HSPU 2.2 - REFRESHER DAY!!!

 

With the open creeping up, we know we are going to see some variation of pull ups, chest to bars, or bar muscle ups. So we’re practicing them today!

 

Focus should be on maintaining a good kip and a good rhythm throughout the EMOM. Being able to maintain a good kip will be more beneficial during the open and help you get more reps when you’re fatigued.
