HSPU 2.3

 

Today, we are going to turn your HSPU upside-down! We’re doing Thrusters! Think about it, you start standing tall, squat into a ball, then explode up and extend the barbell over your head. You go through the same motions in a kipping HSPU.

 

The weight’s for thrusters are based off body weight because you have to move your body weight in a HSPU.
