HSPU 3.1 - REFRESHER DAY!!!

 

Most of you are getting on the rings today and breaking down muscle ups. Rx+ is having some T2B fun…

 

Swings - focus on staying tight! They don’t need to be big swings, but your legs should stay straight and together. Turn the rings out on the back swing, and in on the front swing.

 

Ring Rows - Focus on pressing the rings down to your belly button. Do NOT let your feet come above your hips. Make sure you have a tight swing and stay hollow while pressing the rings down. (Don’t pull the rings to your chest.)

 

Ring Dips - be sure to go all the way down so shoulders touch the rings, then push all the way up and lock out your elbows.
