HSPU 3.3

 

I’m not going to make you do thrusters today, but you will be using a barbell to work on the drive needed in a kipping HSPU. Again, the weight on the bar is based on body weight.

 

Pause Dip Push Press - This is a push press, but you must come to a complete stop at the bottom of your dip before driving and pressing the bar overhead. Doesn’t have to be a long pause, 1 full second of complete stop.
