Scaling Options - First option would be to scale the weight down. Try to go as unbroken as possible. This is meant to be a fast paced, high intensity workout. Hit it hard. Try to avoid singles on the snatches and work on touch and go snatches.
For the handstand walk, you can substitute with either Thomas touches or bear walks. Do 1 Thomas touch for every foot of handstand walk, or 3x the length bear walk.
