Rope Climb Doubles
Every 90s for 7 rounds

Climb all the way up, climb down until both hands are below an 8' line on the rope, then back up to the top. Do not touch the ground!
Scaling Options -
- To scale up - do one or both rope climbs legless
- To scale slightly down - do the first rope climb, then immediately into 3 rope pull ups before feet touch the ground.
- If you're not ready to climb to the top of the rope, do 7 rope pull ups with feet on a box & 5 rope knees to elbows EACH ROUND.
