Gymnastics Capacity - HSPU

For this week, I want you to do the exact same amount of work with slightly less rest. Follow the same rep scheme you did last week, but perform each set either every :50s or every :25s.

If each set was 6 or more HSPU, perform one set every :50s.

If each set was less than 6, or if you went every 30s last week, perform one set every :25s.

You may also want to make adjustment to the size of your set as necessary. For example, I did 13 sets of 6 sHSPU last week, but found that to be very easy to complete, so I'm going to try 11 sets of 7 reps every :50s this week.
