Gymnastic Capacity - T2B
So far we have worked on increasing volume and speed with gymnastics skills, but always with plenty of recovery. Beginning this week, you will have to start recovering while moving.

Notes
- The Recovery Assault Bike should be between 30-40 RPM. The key is to stay moving for 45s before going right back into T2B. The focus of the work out is still on the T2B, so don't burn out on the bike. Just don't stop moving.
