We're nearing the end of our Gymnastic Capacity program. YAYYYY!!! From my perspective, you guys are killing it. It looks like everyone is able to do more reps with less recovery, and finish the workout still feeling fresh. I love it! I've got three more weeks in store for you:
- Gymnastic Capacity high intensity WODs
- Deload week (week of the CrossFit Games)
- Post Testing
This week's programming is inspired by a couple of Nasty Girls WODs. Remember, the FOCUS is still on the gymnastics element, but you no longer have any built in rest. Recover in transition and when you're on the barbell!
