Gymnastic Capacity - HSPU

This will be a deload week, after some pretty intense programming last week. It's the second to last week of the program, and next week is testing - 100 reps for time (Rx). 

This week is a simple EMOM of 1x your split. Focus should be on your technique and efficiency, so you can get in some good quality practice while keeping the intensity low.
